Hi folks,
am thinking of offloading my N-reg 1.6 Si, I admit know very little about cars & their value etc. was just wondering if anyone could give me an idea what its worth before I stick it on ebay. If its only a couple of ton, I think I'll just keep it coz I still like to take it out now & again.

It does have one problem though, well 2 actually, some rust on the rear wheel arches, which I gather is a common problem. My fault tho obvisouly for not treating it when I should have.

The actual ride, interior, everything else is sound, 110k on the clock and passed MOT last month. Not been in any crashes etc, so bodywork is all okay.

There's pics below of the rust, does that make it worth f* all??

i got mine valued at work and my si CAP'd at £350 clean with 46k on the clock! although you can obviously get alot more than that.

Jam - I'm not even sure what the electrics pack is, so I've probably not got it.

The electrics pack is electric windows, central locking and electric boot release

i'd say about £1 and you would struggle to find a buyer but its your lucky day, because you seem like a genuine person i will pay double and give you £2 for it

really i'd say £500-£800 tops as far Si's go

i'd say £1000+ although i have seen quick sales about £800

Well i'm thinking of keeping my Si for about 3 years until i can afford insurance for a 2.5 V6 Probe (Ins' grp 17)
Anyways. It's done 187000 miles... alot i know lol, however the body and chasis is solid as anything, i inspected it on a lift before i got it.
I have also re-undersealed the whole underside.
Most of the body is new as when i first got it i had alot of money and i'm a bit of a perfectionist so i got rid of the usual rusty rear arches.
2 new front wings and resprayed doors as stonchips and rust on corners.
Brand new bonnet, however i'm gunna change that for a rst bonnet. All that was done professionally.
Only 1 ding, on the boot ¬_¬ but i don't think that will be there for long.
The interior is mint apart from the 2 front seats - Passengers has a hole and drivers is singed and has sunk. They will be replaced too.
Plans as for now will be put my Mondeo 16" Zetec alloys on (Spotless apart from a gash on one as when my dad helped me unpackage them he gashed it with the stanley knife, but it is only on the centre cap after all.
ST150 disks (295mm) and calipers(in purple)
Possibly the focus rear disk setup.
Mondeo 2.0 engine and ecu with either Escort S2 RST(lsd) or 1.8d gearbox
K&N cold air feed intake
Kent cams
Ashley 4-2-1 Manifold and decat
Ashley 3" outward rolled cat-back system
Black rocker cover with purple highlights (Zetec DOHC bit)
High performance spark plugs and HT leads (Purple ones)
2.0 MAF sensor and inlet
RST spoiler
RST/XR2i skirts and arches
Laguna splitter
Lower 35/40mm
Yellow foglights
Front strut brace
Rear windows tinted 20% and front 70%
Currently colour coding my mirrors and tinting rear indicator strip.

So when that's done.. soon after i can sort out my insurance.. how much do you think that will be worth?

£1500+ in my opinion I want a 2litre in mine hopefully this year but i need someone to do for me as i dont have a clue lol, or atleast help me. im after the st150 breaks too.
