-6 will be plenty, there is no point in me going -8 as the return from the FPR is tiny and my engine wouldnt consume enough fuel to keep the pressure down and i would end up getting creeping fuel pressure :( . The above setup will be fine for 600bhp :D

Im thinking of running like this

Standard tank ( internal swirl pot ) to 044 motorsport pump
the 044 to fill swirl pot
swirlpot to the 2 standard pumps

then the 2 pumps go to a Y block and then one -6 line to the rail ,
-6 from the FPR back to swirl pot

then pot to tank.

Its not ideal to run fpr to swirl but its alittle helpful when the lifter pump isnt big enough. As im trying not to have to buy another pump .

May run a fuel cooer in the return line too

Im running my return to the swirl pot too, i think its pointless running another return line to the tank as you need/have a return/overflow on the swirl pot.

2 pumps, greedy bugger!

Im still watching you, im sure your still going big power! :squint:

I will be going for more power, but not until at least next year, and thats if this little venture pays out.

Im sticking with the turbo thats already on there , a genuine RS500 T4 with 247 mar-m shaft.

Nope not carbon either.

I bought a mould kit but have been too lazy to get on with it.

This should give far larger returns for the time taken.... Al be it from a larger outlay
