I'm going to be cutting it then putting a bit of flexi pipe and weld a hanger on to it so i can fit to exhaust mounts on cross member

haven't done a great deal just waiting for block to rebored, mostly ordering all the new gaskets for it also waiting for a lowering kit to turn up for it

cheers mate im also considering changing exhaust to a rs turbo mongoose exhaust as I measured the one on my xr2i turbo and is the same bore a the obx manifold and conveniently has a flexi pipe on it

my bro did a similar thing when we rebuilt my cossie last year ...... he dropped a nut down my exhaust :hmm: :x :lol:

my mate is getting the engine, hes a experienced mechanic usually helps me out when doing big jobs and lets me keep cars in his unit and use all his expensive tools so cant complain to much was just one those days, he dropped the bolt when we were putting it all back together and thought it gone on the floor somewhere.

To be honest engine was crap anyway was leaking oil out of every seal and tapped like a hcs engine
