rite im fitting my coilovers soon but could do with like a set of instructions on how to set em up lol

am i rite in saying that u turn the spring platfrom upwards to rise the ride height and downward to lower it?

how much (mm) is each thread too??

woould help if some1 could give me a rough guide on how they work lol

yeah thats right for the adjustment. as a rule of thumb try and keep about a hands thickness between the top of the tyre and the wheelarch. set the damping rate to about halfway between min and max...you should notice a vast improvement ;)

fitted the rear 1s today and done exactly what you said to do, handles brillaint already and havent even fitted the fronts yet! roll on next weekend.

you will find there is no 1mm or anything to each turn on the spring paltform. I found the only way to do it is set it as you think it should be compared to each other, then drop it down, settle it, measure again on the ground then re-adjust as needed.
Due to different laods on each corner.

only thing is though on the back the right side is a tad lower than the left. and the thread length on both is the same. :? :? :?

yeah thats what i mean, you will prob find you have a slight difference in the springs seats to get it sitting level on the3 ground.

ahh rite. ive noticed now that on the fronts there is a differentv thread on the one than the other!!

so gona have to fiddle around now to get it sitting tidy.
