Heres a tip for the Avo coilovers, run some copper grease down the threads so the height adjusters don't seize up.

nah, copper grease comes off, I have had to buy new collars from avo and the guy i spoke to said to wrap the rest of the thread with ductape!! Thinking about it now it makes a huge amount of sence!!

paint them with cooper grease then duct tape them

raised the back a bit now so it doesnt look so slammed. not so stiff now either.

yea does handle very good. and i got crap tyres atm

noticed earlier than my xr2i driveshafts havent got the splined ends on the to go into the gearbox. so i gota get those from somewhere now!

also finally fixed my blowing exhaust!!! its quite a bit quiter now.

i just welded it and pasted it all up lol

havent fitted the rest of my bits yet thou.

got an intermittent misfire now. cant tell what it is yet but think its coilpack. luckily i gota spare 1. but i also think Its trying to tell me to service it aswel.

painted my hubs now. look a lot better.

and also started painted my rst inlet. but couldnt turni it over to do the other side coz it was still wet.

trail fitted my brakes onto the hubs aswel. they fit ok but i need to cut the carrier bolts down a bit as they foul against the back of the discs.

ill get some pics up soon.

havent sorted the misfire yet thou. its getting worse now as well. i went to do it 2nite but when i went to change the plugs i found that my extension bar has snapped so couldnt reach into the hole to get the plug out. back to halfords it goes 4 a new one then!!

so ive got my spare coil pack leads and plugs which im goin to take to work 2moz. ill have a look then if i get chance.

sorted the misfire now!

changed the plugs to my spare 1s from my 2i engine. which dont look anywhere near as good as the 1ss i took out but they`ll do 4 now until i service it properly which will be hapening within the next few weeks.

mite be getting some puma fan wheels as temps till my rs2k 1s are done.

does it just misfire when on idle?

my rs turbo engine use to misfire on idle change leads and that stopped it
