, just got a letter saying i have 6 points coming, going to try and fight it but if it does happen, looks like rs will have to go! cant afford to insure it with the points!
always the way really, just sorting out the parts for its new enigne ( dont need one but i want big power!) and then this happens!
looks like RS will be up for sale soon, once iv finished couple of little bits on it. i will put it up on here once i know wats going on, but if anyone is intrested let me know and ill sort you out with info.
All this just once iv sorted out all the little problems too! always the way but at least its all gd now thos.

Thats rubbish man, how long you been driving for, I'm guessing longer than 2 years? I have only been driving a year and a half (2 year "probation" period) and I got cought speeding in my first month then the other day was spotted using my phone whilst driver...another three points, which means no license. I'm getting off with just a re-sit though, no ban, but does anyone know how many points are on the license when you get it back?? Is there 6 or 3? I was told that removing your license is your punishment and you get it back with none but I don't believe that.

Anyway, how much are those points putting your insurance up by? Surely it can't be too much.

I'd like to find out about that, could you pm me a site address or something and I will look into it too, I would imagine it'll have rules around it, over 21/25 or driving for 2+ years etc. Because I am paying £1200 as it is, so to pay £1500 and have several cars sounds like a deal too good to be true.
