ok i got this chip with a receipt off the guy i bought the car off, thing is how do i tell if its actually for my car, ?? pic of it below

no way to tell i dont think from there, you can put it into the ecu in the passenger footwell by taking the black cover off the ecu bottom and plugging it in

yeah but as i take the foot off it jerks forward, also im limited to 4500 rpm, but that may be due to my lamba sensor, ill let you know when someone gives me one :doh:

Ok its sorted now, was because the lamba i was running was off an escort GTI, luckily found an Si at the local scrap yard ;)
