I finally sorted the cold air intake, reset the ecu, realized how rusted my inside arches are, got new drop links then couldn't remove the old, and took off the fuel filter only to realize the new didn't fit..

Which leaves,

And a final mass hammerite orgy.

Then to buy a decent 2.0l

Made £130 selling my alloys(off the van) and suspension this evening off the Pickup

The suspension will be on one of the cleanest looking J reg MK3 XR2i's I have everrrrrr seen... 29k on the clock when he bought it and its fecking spotless

On another note, I drove the van and its a dirty smelly diesel still.

I cleaned my ISCV today at work in my 1 hour lunch break
Seems to have done the trick which is suprising as the only substance i could use to clean it with was Industrial Valve Degreaser , Followed by a high pressure air gun to dry.

And that the rust of the arches is beyond repair in reality. It'll last another year or two.
