Well poped over to a mates house today in Wolves in the Fes. At his house for a few hours and someones car alarm up the road goes off. We look out the window and see kids running off so we go out to investigate to find that 3 cars in front of mine and 2 behind have been keyed all the way down the side from the front wing to the tailgate but mines been left alone ......HOW? and WHY ?........i feel so lucky

Maybe they actually liked it, that usually sends chav's into a jealous rage and gets yours more damage but in this case maybe not.

The one reason (which clearly didn't work) I can think of is they thought about it and yours looked like a decent motor with a car alarm. But then again if they were just being idiots they didn't think about it at all. Maybe he trip up looking at how good yours is and missed

maybe it blended in with its surroundings and they didn't see it.

Its random, as with my other halfs car they messed with a whole line of cars but decided hers had an offensive windscreen and kicked it in, no idea why.

I can't even begin to imagine the cost of repairing a long scratch.. With your paint job it isn't as simple as spray and go. Some polish out, depending on how deep they are. But yeah.. Ouch.

double checked the car over with my bright lamps in the garage the same night on not a mark anywhere. Just feel sorry for the other car owners. Although one bloke didnt care and said his not getting it fixed.

Soooooo lucky mate! My zs got keyed, was a horrible experience and cost the insurance company a full respray (thankfully not me!). So pleased they left yours alone.

These things happen mate!

A roll of roofing felt once fell on the front wing of my 1.1 in the garage and put a load of scratches in it, can still see them to this day!
