i have just begun filling out the visiting club form and just noticed a deadline!

they wanted all payments in by the 17th of August!

i was so wrapped up in getting payments and my MOT and other bits that it never occured to me about a deadline i have emailed the people in charge to see if i can sneak our booking form in as i have it filled out and pretty much ready to go!

i'll keep you all updated

but its a big whoopsy on my part, so apologises if i make us miss this one, just had so much going on and genuinely thought i had a little bit more time to send stuff off

i fast tracked our form to the people @ the rsoc and made a payment via the phone, which wasn't without its cock up's

i'm having a bad day today and din't realise my "show" account debit card had expired which is where all the show ticket money is/was kept

after some hot swapping and illegal activity it now snuggly in the rsoc's bank account

tickets hopefully will be posted out this week, so i might be able to give them out at the meet or i'll post them out

so this is now closed, all who paid will get tickets, no more can or will be ordered
