Looking good mate :thumbsup:

I had a problem with lowering with my drive as it has like a ridge you have to go up and over to get out, but it didnt stop me, hacked drive away with a hammer and chisel to make a channel for my exhaust to go in as I come on and off the drive :thumbsup: :lol:

Not really much of a difference in handling, mainly looks. I went for -35mm and the handling is immense now, absolutely love how well she holds the roads compared to before

Obviously, the lower you go, the more the camber on the front wheels will change and the quicker your front suspension arms will wear out, but at the end of the day its all down to personal taste; how low you want the car to look, how much you want to hate speed bumps and how many suspension arms you want to get through :lol:

Mines 50-60mm (not sure) and basically when you go round a corner, it just grips, and sticks to the floor all the way around the corner. It's great :) you'll feel the difference.

As or the exhaust thing I guess as long as it fits it would be fine. Or you'd be better off fitting the 2.0 and then getting a system, get the right one and it'll increase the air flow blah blah, I'm not sure but it's does some Good if you get the stuff

mine handles like its on railway tracks but all my suspension components are new, not just the suspension legs so that helps :thumbsup:

Stainless exhausts both look and sound better and also increase performance if you get a 3" pipe, but these are quite specialised and expensive.

If you want it nice and loud, get one without a silencer (round box next to petrol tank) or if you want it more subtle, get one with all the boxes on 8-)

Chris, at 60mm how does it cope with speedbumps. Plus, what size rims you rolling on, I really want seventeens but how much arch modification will I have to do for them?

I am guessing that one is the one in your sig? It looks nice super-low but I have a thing for wheels being too small for the car, but I also can't be arsed with the rub. I may go with 16"s at a 40mm drop. Recon they won't rub? What arch modification did yours take? Hammer and chisel job or nothing at all?

Lol it's alright, I suppose it's just trial and error. I think I will stick with a 35-40mm drop and get the whole supension kit, and if 16"s don't fit then get 15"s, I'm sure as hell not gonna be dishing out to get another suspension kit.

Haha speaking of suspension and handling. I don't know what's up with my suspension but in the wet my car's back end loves to kick out lol. I was going around a roundabout one time and just before i was about to leave onto the junction, the back end came all the way out so i had to counter steer. And luckily didn't bin it.
Another time recently i was going around a downhill corner about 35mph, wasn't sharp or anything but yet i had to countersteer again. My gf who was driving behind me said it looked really cool as if i did it deliberately. :lol:

There is deffo no hole behind the ford badge. Its the front ford badge that has a hole behind it :thumbsup:

Get the ford badge off and get a nice exhaust system for it and it will look awesome! :chill:
