Evening All,

Went to take the Fez out today and switched the lights on as it was raining but am a bit confused :hmm:

When side lights are on get the lights on buzzer half heartedly on and one sidelight.
When on dipped beam the full beam indicator on the dash is on and only one light on again. But on dipped.
When on full beam get full beam on the same side with the indicator on the dash still on.

I'm thinking this could be an earth problem?!? Or is it as simple as a blown bulb?

Haven't had a look as it is tipping it down here. So any suggestions would be appreciated for me to look at at lunch time tomorrow.

Cheers in advance.

Paul

That's what I thought, and it kinda was!!

The rain stopped so I went out for a quick look and it turns out that cause my bonnet stay catch had broken the bonnet arm had dropped down and was rubbing against the white connector on the bulb.
This has worn through and was now shorting out one of the connectors. It had obviously been doing it for a while as it was all black and had melted the plastic surround.

Quick clean up, new plastic connector from a spare loom I've got and bobs your uncle

Get a new clip through and I'll be sorted!!

Paul
