as you say left the braking a tad to late once and bottled it :doh: that was the early sessions when still had the Toyo road tyres on, it will now rev to just under the red line in 5th by the end of the straight which is perfect at about 125mph and as good as a friends early elise,


With the new tyres on as the last session once they warmed up were incrediable especially the bomb hole and coram's 100% improvement than road tyres, and still ok when rain first started.
Cant wait wait for the next one now :thumbsup:

125 is about perfect for that circuit and still gives a short enough gear box for the twisty stuff.

If you go on another track day let me know and if I'm not in London I'll come and take a look.

done another trackday yesterday, was great fun ran great all day only couple of issues found a crack in the plastic thermostat housing which started to leak, lost a alloy wheel center cap and most of all need more POWER!!!
got a vid of hassling BMW's, RS500, ect (must admit the RS500 was imaculate and wanted to get out of the way of me!!)
Need more power as shown by mates rapid 206bhp Clio following me but it was nice to see my engine looks good with no smoke.
So thinking of over winter job (if passes MoT next week), ported head,cams and ECU so anyone got anything going cheep??

did you manage to sort the wetting of the plenum chamber/ air box if not coat it in wood glue or pva glue

I say lose the plenum. Fit some better injectors. Headwork, Cams, Mappable ECU. Should see you more power :thumbsup:

Lose some more weight if possible (on the car I mean :lol:)

nice work mate just not sure im picking this up right :? you are running bike bodies with the standard ecu wiring etc if im right how is this done any help would be appreciated top work and nice videos

cool mate once you get aftermarket ecu and a set of cams should see you knocking on the door of 180 -200.mines does get mot'd but my mate does it so emmissions dont matter :halo:

done another trackday today at RAF Marham, it was a great day had one big tank slapper moment at 100mph+ resulting in me shouting i can save it 5 times before spinning but forgot to start the video camera! Fiesta ran fine all day hitting a sat nav verified 132mph down the straight :thumbsup: got some video fottage will upload tomorrow
