Guys this conversion has been done before lol, to fit an st lump you need one ONE engine mount and thats only £150, yeah its going to be expensive but i want something completly different and sometihng thats gonna go like shit of a shovel, puma lump isnt quick enough plus that the conversion every one bloody does!

All the work will be getting done by me and my brother ive built enough engines and removed and put new engines back in cars to know how to do this on, i helped my bro build his alfa and that had a cossie engine go in to it trust this is an easy conversion esspecially for my bro, its just cost effective lol, yeah its gonna cost thousands and thousands buit i wanna do it and itll all be worth it in the end!!



And its not gonna be turbo lol

2.5 is a turbo engine anyway, surely to have it N/A you would have to raise the comp, different management again etc. i just cant see it happening. are you on about a fiesta ST conversion, or a focusST??? because i have seen a few fiesta ST conv's done, but never this one.

still going to be a extremely tight fit, let alone with a supercharger and all the extra piping for that. ill admit im wrong when i see it finished, but without a massive budget for a custom spaceframe type of thing to house the engine etc, i just cant see it. Also, where is the extra 500cc coming from? because a fiesta st engine is a 2ltr? i know you can overbore, but surely not an extra quarter of the engines original displacement?

sorry to dig up a old thread and i doubt he comes on here but a guy on ukfn "pncool" done a 2.0 Duratec (St) conversion to his 1.25 and if you read his thread its a massive ballache that took a veryyy long time! so i think your dreaming about the 2.5 turbo conversion

...........if you get that engine in a fiesta ill be amazed..you cant run a normal fiesta box because it will use the newer bolt pattern. or most likely a volvo gearbox as that where the engine came from....and as anyone whos seen my car will attest..even an st..its a fooking squeeze in either..:lol:
