when i get to around 3000rpm in all gears there seems to be some sort ot loud vibrationg sound from the exhaust litke something is rattling for a couple of seconds untill im out of the 3000rpm area, what is there on the exhaust that could rattle? also there is a slight rattle when i first start the car but stops after a couple of seconds from starting, im guessing its the same bit making the noise?

It could be anything. Get under the car and start it up and try locate the rattle. Can you feel the rattle inside the car? Do you know a rough area of where its rattling?

As said, get someone to rev it whist you lie underneath.

It'll either be a heat shield, or the baffles in one of your boxes letting you know their tired
