Haven't done much work to it apart from replacing parts that needed to be replaced, sadly I lost my job not long after getting her so couldn't do what I wanted to her.

Just 2 shots of it at the moment because it is absoloutly filthy. It has a nice collection of bugs on the front

The front hub came off on a roundabout after someone from kwik fit didn't put it back on properly after having a new front wishbone put on.

Need to get a shot of the interior, which needs cleaning to but is all as should be. Well atm the seats have covers on them, Black with a single flower on it

the seat covers are very easy to fit. So you should find it a doddle.

Yeah I'm really reluctant to sell this car but I can't afford to run 2 cars so I'm gonna get a bigger engined one. Shame as this has only done 67k compared to the one I'm buying which is just over 80k, but I like the look of the new car.

Had an accident last night. I was doing a 3 point turn, put the car into reverse to do the second part of the manouver and a woman in a peugot plowed into the side of me (didn't bother braking even though I was blocking the road, she hit us doing at least 40)

Chances are they are gonna right the car off as itll be more expensive for them to repair it. As the offside wing the tyre and the passenger door is done in.

So gutted. Me and my partner have whiplash. The peugot drove off with a few scratches but I'd hate to know what it was like underneath the bumper.

Sadly my 1.1 is no more, picked up my 1.4Si this morning so I'm still gonna be mobile once I sort the insurance out tomorrow.

not good defo write off if it was a 40mph impact there would be severe damage she prob thought she was doing 40 until she braked so prob was a less of an impact as 40mph would do some serious ....serious damage glad you both got out ok tho

Had a look at the engine today and the battery that was on the side that got hit is now on the other side of the engine all the brackets have snapped that were holding the battery. The engine itself is alright apart from the chunk of plastic of the radiator fan the battery took off when it got loose.

She hit me hard enough that my car was shunted sideways across the road, and my partner still hit his head on the dash even with his seatbelt on.

The woman didn't see me because she was either on the phone (she got out of her car with a phone in her hand, who does that after a crash?) and she was speeding (she left very quickly after we accused her of that)

Yeah I got some of her deatails her name, her road name (no house number) postcode and halifax (as her insurance)
I wrote her numberplate down and the car make and model. If I hadn't then I wouldn't have had that.

Solicitor was on the phone this morning, that was very quick as I only put the claim in yesterday to be processed. My insurance company has been very nice and helpful thus far

I don't mean this in a crude way, but to go along with the whiplash say its ruining you sex life and causing a strain on your relationship. Of course this is making you very depressed in all parts of your life.

me and my partner are both going for whiplash. Neither of us can work, luckily my job hasn't started yet. The painkillers the hospital put us on knock us out, I've never slept so much. Not only that but if I sleep on my back or front my neck locks up and it kills, so make sure I sleep on my side.
I get about 4 hours here and there during the day when I feel almost normal then the painkillers wear off, the pain starts, I take the pills again and back to feeling tired.

I mean this is the current state of my car





We were lucky she hit the car where she did and there is a piller there it would have been much worse if she had hit us in the doors and that when she hit us the peugot pushed my fiesta sideways away, if my car hadnt of moved it would have collapsed that part of the car completely

This is the road she hit me on. These conditions clear view. This road everyone speeds down, at the moment a few of the houses down here are campaining to have a speed camara put up on it (as no speed bumps because its an emergency access road for the police station at the end of it)

Its like that for a mile or 2 either direction.

Definitely 100% a write off. Engineer looked at it today the repairs are gonna cost in excess of £1000
So its gonna end up in a salvage yard (even though they wont let me take a few bits off it...)
Good thing is I get the money back for the tax I put on my car, bad side I'm losing the car.
