I have recently bought a Ford Fiesta 1.1L in the mark 3 shape. It's not a bad car, it has the HCS engine with single point injection. So far I have added the RS Turbo alloys (14" 3 spoke, which I need centre caps for!) and an exhaust adapter.

Need to get:

set of lowering springs and shocks maybe 60mm
definately centre caps for the alloys
XR2i side skirts, and wheel arches
XR2i front and rear bumpers I have in my shed and need spraying to match the car
2.0L DOHC engine is also in my head...

If anyone can think of anything t hat will make it look better feel free to drop us a pm. cheers

cheers for the replies guys. I only stuck the exhaust tip on because my pals described the tail pipe as a 'rusty floppy penis' lol.

I was looking at the Si's last night and discovered I prefer the rear bumper to the RS rear bumper, was possibly gonna buy the Si bumper and mix and match the body kit but it might look at bit odd, what do you guys think?

If it hasnt got the anti roll bars already.. then that is a cheap upgrade you MUST do :thumbsup:

With regards to bumpers...

Either:
Full RS/XR kit as you said.
Si front with ZS rear
RS/XR front with ZS rear


Si rear and RS/XR front looks odd, and abit crap :)

LOL. It has been well looked after, I know that for a fact (my Grandad clocked 58k miles going to the shop in the morning and back :doh: )

I've put a new middle section in and a twin barrel exhaust on her now, looks and sounds better, I'll upload some pictures soon (I thought nobody would be interested in a little old dog like this one - with all these cossies and rs's floating about!)

I need to get a k&n filter attached up for the throttle response, just a matter of finding the right one. Got a set of angel eyes coming through soon also, but I'm concentrating on my E30 BMW, I want to get some mods done to that aswell.

What's been done to your fezzer? Or have you just stuck to the basics? I wouldn't blame you if you have, especially at this day and age! :lolz:

make sure you look after her. 1.1 is a beautiful car and if its looked after itll keep going. It will also surprise you with how nippy it can be :)

i know what u mean mate i wanted a 2.0 mondy engine in it, but i work in a garage 5 days a week so the last thing i wanna be doing when i get home is doing another bloody engine lol.

i was gonna settle with the 1.6 cvh lump with high lift cams etc but like u said, its a matter of time
