jsut bought naother si pretty good 71000 on the clcok £100 problem im having is its not running

its sounds like theres no compression i checked the timing blet and it has not snapped and the tension is fine any suggestions people

as said in PM mate could be many things. Battery should be ok as it seems to have a good go at starting without going flat. maybe Its either not getting fuel or a spark. Things to check would be coilpack, HT leads and plugs. Other things could be the fuel filter blocked or the fuel pump. Can your here the fuel pump prime when you turn the ignition ?

Has it been sat for a while mate? Might need the red key to start it if the immobiliser has kicked in.

found the problem someone put a new timing belt on it and fecked the timing up in the worse cased bent valves gonna stick an 1800 zetec in her good little project i recon
