Was looking at the them the other day and wasn't sure if i still liked them or not. Iam trying to keep it a standard look (apart from the colour) i.e RST skirts and arches, ford spoiler and alloys, and the mirrors are the only thing that make it a little odd along with the fact when on the motorway i have to double check myself when overtaking as the view is limited through them. Thinking MK3.5 mirrors and have both parts sprayed. How easy is it to fit the electric ones ?

Go on fiestaguides and it shows you how to make some

The only difference are the internals, so fit some 3.5 ones and then can fit the elec internals at a later date

Deffo go for mk3.5 mirrors, will look lots better imo. Maybe keep the baseplate black plastic tho as I think it looks better that way.

i changed my mirrors from dtms to 3.5 ones much improved rear view vision afterwards i needed it

3.5 ones colour coded with black base plates all the way baby.

i was thinking of painting the base aswell. the door handles, lock surrounds and roof rails have already been done, would look odd the only bit being black.
