all the tubing is not sufficient enough with a big enough bore!
no way can the standard bosch metering unit register enough air
I mean look at the spec of sunnys zetec which pulled 444hp and 385ft ibs torque
hes running a 2.1 zetec turbo now and running the ultimate gearbox being a straight cut dog box
with a huge spec list

Scorpion full system with 4" outwardly rolled tailpipe.
and only after constant changing the spec has he managed 178mph being the fastest fiesta! and thats efi in a lighter car...i just cant see it!
do you have any other pics looking down the engine bay as well i.e so you can see the turbo and block in the photo at all i will be able to tell what block then.
when he was running the 2ltr bottom end with cvh top end... overbored to 2.1 he managed 275bhp on 20psi that was efi as well on cossie management.

same with the 247bhp n/a puma engine! utter crap...i know my zetec engine better than any...you can even get a 1.8 or 2ltr zetec without a massive snail bolted to the front!
Only one zetec i know of has managed such crazy power n/a and 90% of the stuff on that engine he calculated by himself as he is an engineer and to be honest a don with this stuff! hes running perfect bodies with single coil packs, stand of injectors and its literally all one of a kind...perfectly fitted in an onion

Im sorry fella please dont think we are having a dig and taking the piss but a lot of us have made these engines our lives for fu*k sake and know with out a doubt these figures just are not "fez"able

without serious nutty work with one of mods and custom built pretty much everything! i could say techincally my engine is running the following:
2ltr zetec conversion with deep ecu = 132bhp
s/s exhaust = 12bhp
blitz air filter = 12bhp
rs1800 = 8bhp
de-cat = 8bhp
and that would give me a 172bhp zetec engine but in reality ive done alot more than that like replace 90% of my sensors, tried to smooth all airflow into body, clean all ports out, gearbox with close ratio, platinum spark plugs, loads and loads of little things...and im running approx 142 - 145 bhp and thats high for standard internals and that was proven with a graph in my old si and my little mk2 would kill my si all day long, in fact leave it in the dust ive got spec list for a 170bhp ERST with graph and thats not far of spec above and still the mk2 would leave it, i dont think its cuz ive now got more bhp its weight etc
i think ive said all i have to say on this...again apologise for rant mate but i work my arse of every day to get the best performance, acceleration, handling i can on my car and bogus figures are really annoying when you do so much work.
