17's. Don't want to go much lower in all honesty. It's fine as it is and it still scrapes on certain speedbumps. When it had 14's on, I couldn't get off my drive frontways as the front would catch the road. It's stiff enough aswell with the springs and suspension I've got on it so little body roll, although coilovers are in the plans, so I'll adjust the height a bit then.

Meilack - I was planning on going the last Sixfields but couldn't make it, then thought I'd go the next one and there's not been one since

Jamie - the wheels are going white, I'm not a fan of black wheels

The problem is it's always organised in the middle of the month, and that's no good for me. I get paid at the end of the month so I dont have any spare cash in the middle to play with.

I've found owning my impreza has slowed me down, so the fuel consumption isn't that bad get around 25mpg, you soon learn to stay off bo0st.

Looks good fella, we'll have to make an effort for us all to meet up at some point, house party at yours again Desmundo, i'll bring some mozzie spray though after getting eaten alive.

Yeah, you do slow down a lot. I'm getting about the same mpg at the mo with the cat back on. Will put the decat back on when I've got more money coming in though.

Nah, that's with driving relatively sensible. If I gunned it everywhere, I'd see no more than 12mpg, and have had it down at 9mpg at it's worst

i was shocked to hit 43.2 on the motorway doing 65 on monday

I've had 7mpg and on the motorway i can get 50mpg! But thats like doing 55mph

been in some RSTs and cossies in my time but quickest motor i ever been in was my mates old black pulsar. Was about 350BHP and the pull he had on that was amazing.

Desmundo, whats the accepted max on a top mount on Pulsar? Am i right in assuming they could take up to 300bhp? (IIRC yours is 280ish at 1bar) 300bhp at around 1.2 (guess) must be possible?

Mine is 275 at 0.9 bar, maybe more now I have the Mongoose on it with no restrictive backbox like before. 1bar should see a bit more obviously. 1.2bar is typically around the 330bhp mark on the standard turbo and basic supporting mods.

The top mount is good for this really, it's just that if you're sat still for ANY amount of time, the lag at such boost is ridiculous being as the IC is directly over the engine. 1.2 bar is pushing it though, although it has been done
