aight guys. just wondering how to increase the popping in the exhaust on overrun.
Ive tried without the maf sensor plugged in, which increases it a bit but its not a great pop.
ive got the standard exhaust just with a powerflow backbox, so really i just need to know how to make it over fuel, 'at my control though' any ideas? cheers!

Get rid of the CAT.
Get a stainless exhaust.
Get a better exhaust manifold.

Fit a superchip with the above and it will pop abit.

Or simply fit an OMEX rev limiter with launch control. Around £80.
Set it to hard cut at whatever you want, like 7k revs and it'll bang like fook.

But would be better with a better exhaust system.

why would you want it to 'pop'?
surely it popping in the exhaust is either a sign of unburnt fuel in exhaust or a poorly designed exhaust not being able to clear the gases quickly enough?

secondhand superchip on ebay. and cut your midbox out and replace it with a bit of pipe. vive le bang . the popping is largely due to the altered settings in the chip its mainly gas pops rather then excess fuel.

overfuelling to cause large explosions in your exhaust is not clever. for a couple of reasons. one, it will put a massive strain on the joins in your exhaust and the materials its made from. it will either ruin the exhaust. or. two. too much excess fuel where its not needed will dilute your oil, which will lead to premature engine wear. and thirdly it will ruin your catalytic converter. if you want big bangs and flames buy an RST (or any other turbo car for that matter) and fit an Anti lag setup.
