pmsl, mate i wouldnt bother, rust isnt strong enough to keep the car together. lol must remember its a 14? year old FIESTA not a brand new evo like in fast and furious

imo i wont bother tuning your 1.6, go as far as the basics, exhaust, filter, de-cat etc and just save your money that you'd spend on a nos kit for a 2.0 conversion it's properly the best bang for buck conversion for the 1.6's

then maybe look into NOS kits, just think you'll see more benefits doing it with a 2.0 lump then your 1.6

but if you really want to go down the 1.6 route go for it, in which case i aint got a clue on which NOS kit to use :lol:

IMO i wouldnt bother with NOS till you hit high bhp, my brother had a 800bhp alfa with a cossie engine in it didnt bother with nos till he hit about 650bhp, NOS in that sort of engine will probably just start pulling it apart as its not designed for it
