do side skirts cover up the underside of the sill? as i want the xr2i side skerts/arches i have a rust hole whitch its failed on the mot so i was wondering how much of the under side of the sill do the cover up?

the skirts generally go under the sill upto the inner floor pan lip, but wouldnt considder its a great idea to fit them just to cover a rust hole in the sill, as a minimum have a patch welded over the hole first.

i no its not a rust hole some one put a jack though my sill but iv been wuoted 80 for a weld or 50 for side skerts

If your not keeping that car (eg. its a rusty shitter already) stick the skirts over it.
Otherwise fix the hole and stick the skirts on too.

im keepin it!! there is no rust wht so ever! i mean none its only where someone put jack though it its a exelent car! im gettin welding done after the holiday then the MOT yay bet it fails on emissions
