Hi I have a MK4 fiesta and was looking for some bonnet raisers, anyone know where i can get some from?

and while im here, what are your opinion on them?

i like them but be warned get lots of hassle off people at traffic lights and so like saying your bonnets up and when you say its ment to be like that they look at you in a really wierd way

but to do it just need longer bonnet bolts and washers to desired hight

also

a longer bolt and 2 nuts on each one and then put both nuts on and then the top one put at top and screw into bonet and then the bottom one to the hinge and thats raised

not best explained i dont think but a cheaper way of doing it than buying kits off ebay

I got some chrome stainless steel ones form autospecialist. Not the cheapest at £30 but they look good. I dont actually like the look of my car with the bonnet raisers. I needed them cause my samco induction hose is so big, i was squashing it when shutting the bonnet. the raisers give me extra clearence i needed.
