As I said though, the last quarter of a tank went down even quicker than I thought it *might* have so I've got the return journey home before I'm on empty. Not the best way of working out mpg, but it'll have to do for now!

According the calculator, I'm getting 27mpg!

That's a hell of a lot better than it was pre-MOT. New sparks, dizzy cap, rotor arm, and the cat going back on have helped a bit then

Oh, this is all motorway driving though, I thought I should mention, without booting it much, but the odd blast up the dual crriageway when I'm off the motorway.

no motorway, around town driving pretty much i'm getting 30ish

Yeah, I'm quite pleased with that. Better than my 19mpg from before. Helps when times are hard aswell! Not in the petrol station half as much!
