Used halfords paint mate , it comes up good as well! i took the rocker cover of to do it but i didn't actually take the inlet off as im meeting Terry tonight to by his RS inlet so it will need to be redone anyway.lol

I took everything off the inlet tho except the idle control valve.lol

ERST on normal management would have a dump vlave so it wouldn't chatter like mr onslack's cossy and also, the chatter volume is dependant on boost, so it also depends on the boost the ERST is running. And coupled with the fact that terry's car is fecking loud

and throttle body the mk2 will be super rapido then

megasquirt with a t3, exhaust, air filter and 250bhp mk2 you can get 300bhp on a stnadard zetec head IIRC

that would be insane and a cossie worrying fiesta
