Sorry to ask stupid question and in wrong forum...need advise asap as my mate is standing in front of me with a set as i want to buy them to try in mine so i can cross it of my list of what may be the problem with my fez...i still think its either my loom or i damaged some sensor or something when the engine rolled.lol

i think they are different

what colour are they? iirc i think the 2.0 ones are either beige or brown

i would of thought the only ones that might be the same would be the rs1800 ones

but... then again people do the 130 spec upgrades to their 1.8 2i's and GTi's and i dont recall them having the change injectors

in short i have no idea

ps. i'll leave your thread in the general for a bit longer for more exposure then move them

green side fed injectors are 130 spec items, simliar to 2.0 but not quite the same.

cant remember what colour 2.0 ones are

green also and 2ltr ones are the same! tried them on the car and it seems to idle alot better so far.lol but see how she acts over the next few days!

130spec ones and 2.0ltr injectors have the exact same flow rate etc, although colours are different.

Microcat has same info for them.

The older 1.8's and 105spec ones etc are different to 2.0ltr ones.

Hi pal im new to this forum but am crazy on fords. you wan2 kno bout the injectors n im pretty sure the 2litre n 1.8 r same. Iv had two escort gti's n sourced some info from fastford bout this n they said the same ting hope that sorts the confusion cos the only smaller ones r wots on the 1.6

ryan had rs1800 injectors in his escort i fink. now hes changed then 4 2.0 injectors and i fink he sed there was no difference.
