I have a 2.0 TB on my 1.6 and just wanted to know . . . as the springs and brackets need changing over, as a result the cable bracket doesnt fit onto the TB as flush.
and how mine is set up When you have the TB closed should it be fully closed (no gap at all) and when on throttle should it open fully into a 90 degree angle? (butterfly is completley horizontal to the ground) or is this not set up wright?

i had to grind a bit of my bracket off to make it fit better and then adjust the cable down on the rubber threaded adjuster that goes into the bracket

yeah no probs at all.

when i connected it all together (before adjusting) the butterfly was wide open, so i adjusted it down so it closed but the cable was still tight

follow the throttle cable as it goes over the air intake pipe, as that joins the bracket there is a rubber bung which is the threaded bit
