As title,
i am planning on buying the powerflex lower arm front and rear bushes for my fez as i am having an endless battle with standard rubber keep failing and feeling sloppy,
no one here seems to have any spare for sale so i'll have to buy them from burton as they sell them individiually and i have poly bushes all round the car but the lower arms (am i backwards ? perhaps)

also does anyone know the size of the wishbone bushes? i'm using the later genuine ford fez si wishbones the front bush is clearly smaller than the rear one?

i read somewhere you have to cut the old bush out? someone else said you can press them out on a vice?
how do the new bushes sit in the wishbone?

from looking at it i cant quite under stand.
the wishbones have some kinda cup shape?

ascii art was never my speciality

(--\_ _/---------------\_ _/--)

i'd like to see a pic of someones fitted bush on or off the car is fine :)

thanks :)

i thin you can drill round the old bush in the bottom arm drill the rubber all the way round and then it shud drop out and then you just remove the other bits of it

Thanks for your reply,
i e-mailed power flex,
you just drill or chizzle the old bush out
and press the new ones in using a vice

does anyone have some recently fitted genuine ford wishbones that they could measure the bushes on?
Thanks
