2 litre zetec conversion
K&N induction kit.
Ashally exhaust system. (manifold to back box)
2litre mondeo throttle body.

BODY
standard for now.

INTERIOR
Omp hub kit.
Snap on device
Omp wrc leather deep spoke wheel.
sparco racing harnesses.
stripped interior bar the dash and front seats.
sound deadening removed

Gave my rocker cover a paint with some laquer.
Not the best job but looks a bit cleaner.

but when i connected them together it was stupidly long so i decided to shorten the lead to make it a bit neater behind te head unit



FLI set up 180watt frunt door speaker 375watt 6x9's and a 900watt amp and a twin 16in 1200watt sub box although i dont use it much. i am sellin if any 1 is intrested.

my boss came and yet again they sent the wrong 1.

Also whent out and gave the paint a good T-cut and it came out really nice.
going to put finish it with the polish tomorow.

bad news for my fez today (dont worry i havent crashed it lol ) but it is of the road as i jumped into it today and it was totally undrivable really unsettled thruw the revs wonts to pull dosnt wont to pull goes crazy then goes flat i have replaced the spark plaugs leads and unplugged the maf still no change i have had issues with smooth pull thruw the rev range before but its largly to do with the maf and clutch cable and the 1.6 manifold didnt help but this has to be somthing difernt maybe some wiring has been friged of a plug loose some were but i have exsasted my brains all day looked and looked i cannot see anthing tomorow i am goin to take out the wiring loom and check every cm of it and the ecu also as i have had problems with wiring looms and ecu's before but never with a ford i havent made any more mods to throw out the engines sync like wakin mods in wi out a chip to bring it together so i cannot under stand it hopfully tomorrow will have some answears i hope lol also i have tried all the filters and stuff for blocks nothing all clean and fine ops:

also i now have a new adition to the family and most important protecter of the fez and that is my new pup zues he is a healthy rotwieler pup i have had him since he was 2 weeks old and now he is 15 weeks and growing stupidly fast and pritty soon is going into private police training to be an attack dog also he has the pefect temperment loving afectinet and at the same time he is far from soft as fuk he also is ping on with nouises so thiefs bewere coz my car aint goin no were as long as he here lol

shame about the running issue's

woke up stupid oclock this mourning and went at fixing the car i striped the ecu and wiring loom out and while i was there i may as well take out 2 rac leads i still had under the carpet from the sound system i took out.
So i gets to it seats out carpet out you know the crack and to my surprise i found a crack in my passenger floor pan


as you can imagine i am not a happy person not a happy person at all and there is 1 culprite i can blame and that is the stupid shity council.
And i know when it happened must have been a few days ago i pulled round a courner into an estate and it was full of meteor size pot holes and i mean meteor size and i couldnt slam on the brakes as there was someone behind me so i just did what i could to avoid the worsed of the holes but 1 got me and the car thuded down and i think the floor pan was bent by somthing comming up out of a pot hole.
BLOOOOOOODY COUNCIL put all this money into this new bloody tonnal they should clean up the roads lol but i will fix it as soon as i have my running problem sourted .

My omp boss came but is still the wrong 1 wheel dont sit straight at all.
so fabricated a new plate made some new holes to mount the wheel to.
strightend the wheels and welded it onto the boss.

sits nice now.





also ralli designe sent my goodrich hose's and heat sheath and thermo tape so will get about putting them in thruw this week somtime when a get new fluid and a bleeder.
