hi i own a 2 litter si and am currently running escort cosworth calipers with 16in rims and the gap between the calipre and the inner of the rim is tight as a nuns crack and i wont to down size my rims from the 16in to 15in so in doing that does that mean the cosworth calipers wont fit inside the 15in rims as i am sure a have seen pepole running 15in rims with cosworth calipers

It depends on the wheel, I ran 280mm brakes on 15s with a decent gap between the caliper and the wheel

Indeed. When I had Will's car I had rs7's and it needed 2mm spacers to clear the
brakes. With those black wheels they cleared though so it depends if your lucky or not.
