not necessairily
as mentioned twice, check for rust

sunroof, sils, under the kit, arches, boot, front and rear valances, slam panel, sunroof, under the bonnet etc
CVh engine is good, just check for abuse

as mentioned by JD
Be aware though, the best mint examples carry a premium, upto and upwards of £4.5K up, but thats pretty much standard concours. Be wary of "tuned" motors with no reciepts with 800Psi of boost etc, as that will spell tears
If its had a T3 conversion check who did it, if theres no reciept walk, if there is ring the company to double check.
Also, it has no LSD, as the ERST did, so bear that in mind hacking it into a corner

and on that note, make sure the BC box is quiet with no moans or groans, and that it isn't to hard to get into gear

Standard clutches are known to take a battering, even with a standard car, so check what clutch is on the car, with reciepts etc
The interior is the main selling point, and a mint interior is expensive so bear that in mind if a car you are looking at has a fecked interior

unless you are putting your cossie seats in
HPI check would also be recommended, as it was hardly uncommon for an old ford to be nicked, let alone an RS tubs
