you havin them painted aswell do they fit ok
no rubbing and that mate.
you just need some 330mm brakes to fill the space behind them mate

What suspension have you got on it, and how much is it lowered?

Did you have to do work on the arches to fit the 17's?

update, car is now rolling on the 17's, got some tyres for them the other day. major scrubbage on fronts, cut them back a lot and seemed to have cured it a lot. rear just seemes to be catching on the tip of the rear bumper, gonna trim that back this week, only catches when i hit a big dip in road.
very impressed with them, smooth as owt now!

hi, bee a while since i posted on here.
thought i'd update ya all with progress of car and my new engine

well its offically off the road now for a couple of weeks, gotta get the 2ltr put in, get the underneath sorted and the car MOT'd.

Engine pretty much as i got it, apart from inlet manifold and rocker cover colour


after i cleaned it up a lot and painted it with hammerite dark green(to match car)


During the cleaning process the wire bruch attachment must've felt a bit hungry so tried to eat me(ouch!)


also treat the engine to a new crankcase breather pipe as the one on it wasnt in fantastic condition(?13 from ford)


oh, painted the rocker cover too, and fitted 2ltr throttle body to my spare EFi inlet

one last little thing, isnt there supposed to be an engine number visible on this bit. luckily rubbing it back manage to show it through just enough to read it


so what ya all think then?
