hi, i am going to need a new rear panel due to my rust problem but with the rear panel does it come with the parts that curve round to where the little screws attach the rear bumper (under the rear arches) as in the pictures of these rear panels it doesta seem that way. . . any help or where to find these parts if its not on regular rear panel???? as that part where the screws go is so bad that is literally gone and bumper can be pulled out with no where to screw into.
