Lots of patience, and time.
Check, re-check, and check again, then check once more when done to make sure its all perfect as you dont want it to be a tooth out when it starts up! Or loose!
Not sure on price of the cambelt, but aux' belt is only a couple of quid. Might aswell do all the belts in that area while your at it, aux and alternator. New tensioner too. All in all, shouldnt be too much. Gen ford parts are best (cam belt and tensioner) aux/alt belt can be got elsewhere.
