If there is a single thing i can say to you to do with reguards to your interior it would be a wet vac

I have now done the whole of my interior, seats and carpets. It has got rid of stains on the drivers seat, and also 5 years of dodgey odours lol


Only got a few pictures as i got so excited that i forgot :lolz:

This is the rear bench, so doesnt get as much use as the other seats. Its a late 2003 mondeo so not to old either. The seat didnt look too unclean.

I only used plain water, no APC or cleaners

Basicly all i did was

1) hoover the inside out to get rid of mud/stones etc
2) Wet vac the seasts with plain water
3) vac the seats to get rid of any unwanted standing water
4) leave to dry

If i was doing it properly there would be more stages, as cleaners etc would be used, and i would of made more of an effort to do a better job, but as it was only my car, and i had a new toy, i just wanted to jump in and do it lol

did it leave the seats damp at all?

been given a wet&dry Vax so hopefully i can get some good results on the other halfs KA

Its larger than the one i have, but mine is only a wet vac

the 6131 is a wet and dry, meaning you can do normal vcuuming with it too.

Has a 4litre clean and 8 litre dirty storage ( as supposed to my 4l and 5.2l respectivly )

has a 1300w motor aswell if i remember correctly.

It realy has transformed the inside of my car.

If i dont get a certain tool im waiting for by the weekend, im going to do it again but use some APC aswell and see how bad it comes out then
