hi could any 1 tell me how to adjust the clutch on the si as my clutch works fine it selects the gears fine but the bite point is really far down and it is reallu uncomftale to live with

on the clutch peddle arm there is a plastik nut if you turn that it will dissengage the ratchet set the peddle were you want it and tighen it back up to re-engage it

if you haven't got a manual adjusting pedal your clutch may be worn or cable excessively stretched

you normally find most N reg ones have manually adjustable clutch's. basically, undo the white 'knob' on front of clutch pedal, wind it out until you feel it release, then wind it back in.

cheers lads my whit nut had bin cracked and fell off found a plastic white nut on 1 of my lil bro's toys that worked perfect clutch is a lot better pulls off better and the bite point is better but i am still not happy with feel off the pedal so i am going to replace the cable any way see if it feels better cheers 4 the help lads

the clutch cable is such a common fault it's unbelievable! some people go as far as carrying a spare!
