To be honest i would love to go down the sleeper route! I REALLY WOULD and im very tempted to for a month or so...but after that id get bord and i would want to go for style as well, maybe my best bet would be to go for engine work first then think of the body later on and in the mean time it would simply fall into an amazing sleeper.lol

in this months fast or performace ford theres a escort mk4 estate sleeper with an RST lump and its mint and standard, with the original backbox left up and fixed to the car, but the actual exhaust is a side exit

cheers for comments ive given the arch lips a lick of white hammer rite before doing all the below but didn't really need to do inside the wings as you will see how clean they are in the pics below.lol i will some point in the future tho to give then that bit more protection.

anyway busy weekend for me so heres my update which im very happy with.

Firstly grey bumpers came of and i rested them on the corps of my si and painted them black, came out very well i think


then removed all the grey side strips and i sanded down the grey stone chip so it was nice and smooth and a light coat of white primer and put my 14" si alloys on her with all matching michelin's





The i put the kit xr2 kit on







Then my new springs arrived
hell of a diffrence in size


look how clean the body is in the arch and my nice shiny brand new spring on a surprisingly clean old shock.lol



and how low she is now the front has settled a little bit more since this photo so its more level now but after a quick was and here is how she stands now, im over the moon with it



ooo i also fitted all my sound system out of my si in her this weekend as well

looking back on what she looked like when i first picked her up there is one hell of a diffrence
