I think the standard inlet on the Clio is louder than any open cone kit I've ever heard. Ear piercing at the RR day.

Mine's pretty loud aswell with the quad throttle bodies and Mine's K&N, but you can't hear it as well because of the exhaust

just whacked a K+N cone on the ST ith a cold air feed, and its much more responsive and returns a decent noise

and due to the exhaust being on the back of the engine and the inlet the front the air is quite cool

i have got the piperX viper induction kit
is very good i must say

why not just buy a performance panel filter, and drill the airbox? gave me a much better, 'more powerful' sound, and seems to respond better.

I say enclosed filters FTW with N/A Engines.

Agreed. I don't even need an exhaust for my ZS because the K&N Barps so loud! and sounds amazing! you wouldn't believe it
