So lets vote on the dates, around end of March start of April time as it gives people time, and also not too close to the shows

and I shall go ahead and sort it out once a date has been sorted and got a good list of names.

Although, payment BEFORE the event, otherwise I'm not arsed, as I'm not messing around collecting again.
