Very nice, how much was the exhaust? :o i got just a scorpion back box off someone but doesnt make any difference to the noise of the car :lol:

Cheers mate! The exhaust cost £255 brand new from demon tweeks, which included the silencer and the backbox, and also the pipe from the cat to the silencer (cat back exhaust) 8-) Mine sounds mint, maybe your not revving hard enough :lol: :lolz:

I'm planning to lower it either 30 or 35mm when I do the 2.0ltr conversion at christmas.

Don't know what the best springs/dampers are to do this tho, any ideas?

Small update:

I've been looking for a FRST bonnet for my car for a while now, and finally managed to find one relatively close to me yesterday so drove to scunthorpe today to pick it up!

I'm really pleased! Its in really good condition and still has the sound deadening on too, which is pretty unusual. Just have to spray it up now and get it on the fez, can't wait :D

As many of you will be pleased to hear, I ordered a set of spax -35mm lowering springs for the si yesterday, and will be picking them up on Saturday!

I'll be fitting them in the next couple of weeks, along with the FRST bonnet, all ready for her going back on the road on Saturday 2nd May! I really can't wait to get her back on the road again after 6 months!

Will post before and after pics when I fit the new suspension 8-)

Right then, time for an update! Not been on here for a few days as I've been mad busy, but I managed to find the time last wednesday to get the si lowered.......finally!!

Picked the springs up from demon tweeks a couple of weeks ago, and just before I left, this turned up in the car park....

Next up is the FRST bonnet. Have prepped it and am spraying it black this next weekend (its white atm :doh: :lol: )

That will pretty much be it for the time being untill I buy a mondy over the summer for the 2.0 ltr ready for the conversion which I'm planning to do over xmas.
