Does anyone know if samco sport do a set of red silicon hoses for the fez 1.6 zetec engine? Can't seem to find anything on their website, it all seems to be for the rs turbo and xr2i cvh engine.

Hey there,

I was looking for the same thing, not in red, but a set of Samco hoses.

I see there is a company on eBay that says they have a set for the zetec Mk3 but as you say they aren't on the Samco web site. When I get a chance I'm going to email Samco and ask them.

In the mean time, Roose Motorsport definately do a set for the Mk3 Zetec. £210 for both coolant and ancillary IIRC!

Those Roose Motorsport ones look ace tho, looks like it will be them that i will be aquiring when finances allow :lol:

Hi guys,

Good news!!

Just been on the phone to Samco and they do have a kit for the 1.6 Si, and therefore any Mk3 16v Zetec :thumbsup:

The part code is TCS404C and Samco cost it at £203.69, but he did say that there was a breather hose which is quite big and costs around £40 on its own so the kit can be specced without that.

He also said that discounts may be available through one of their distributors and he gave me the following contact details for a ford garage who is a Samco distributor and apparantly gives good discount!
