Hi, im new to this site, some will know me from Fiestaturbo.com. I bought an Si and thought it would be rude not to join this site.
Im going to put all of my Fiestas into this thread, making it easier for me and it will take up less forum space. I currently own 4 Fiestas :bonkers: and an Escort van (which is boring!). I will update this thread as and when.
Fiesta wise I currently own:
Fiesta RS turbo (nicknamed 'Ste'):

Mk2 carbio (nicknamed 'Pram' :lol: ):

And my lastest purchase after 3 weeks of owning a Honda CRX which I got fed up of, a Fiesta Si:

The Si is my current runaround, but Im having ZT built up in a few weeks based on a 2.0 blacktop so it will be my trial car :wink: .
The RS Turbo is tucked away for the winter ready to be driven when the weather warms up a bit :devil: .
The MK2 is also garaged waiting for me to get my bum into gear and finish it :rolleyes: .
The Durv is off the road with running issues :cry:

Things to do ASAP:
I have just purchased a G-Max suspension kit for the Si, I will fit that and a new wishbone for the N/S followed by some pictures. The Si's standard shockers will then be fitted to the Durv along with some -40MM springs I have here and possibly a front ARB I have for it (The current suspension does not allow for a front ARB).
The Durv needs some attention to the engine, it refuses to start when cold so I had to take it off the road a month ago hence me buying a cheap CRX to use for work. Im hoping its just the coldstart function rather than the pump as I am dying to track-day it, Im getting my mate from work who is a diesel fitter to come and have a look in the new year to see what he thinks is wrong. Im gutted to say the least really :x :( , as it was starting to come together, I had a XR/RS kit painted for it and I bought an RS Turbo bonnet for it as its a Turbo and I think its entitled to wear one :) .
The RS Turbo was having a slight issue with running a bit hot, the cooling fan was on too often for my liking, its either preassurising a bit due to a crap H/G, or its me being paranoid :rolleyes: . It doesn't help with it having an LED wired in to show when the fan is in operation as im constantly looking at it, the temprature gauge does not go too high though.

:Q Little update on the Durv.

I put the battery on charge 2 nights ago for a few days as it was flat from me cranking it over 2 months ago trying to get it started :rolleyes: . I re-fitted the battery today with the intention of leaving it for my mate to look at, but I couldn't resist trying to fix it myself as I was pissed off with it not starting after spending so much time money and effort on it :cry: . A few tweaks with the throttle/coldstart adjustments saw no gain when cranking it over. My mates attention was drawn to the pump stop switch solinoid, there is a spade connection which goes to it (new connector and stop switch), I took it off and touched it on and off to try and create a spark, the spark was weak on the spade connector but strong on the bolt thread which the connector is bolted to. I unbolted the connector finding it to be all corroded and dull so I cleaned it up with some sandpaper and refitted. The big moment came and I got my mate to give it heat and crank it over, it fired up!! :D :D I missed the sound and feel of the Durv. I left it running for 40 mins to recharge the battery and dry the interior out that was probably starting to get damp. Fingers crossed it will start tomorrow morning when cold !
If it starts well over the next week or so I will get the RS bonnet painted for it :Q

Cheers Guys. The diesel will be getting looked at very soon.
My mate and I cleaned our RS's, he has an RS1800 which is an excellent example and mines the turbo, we thought it would be rude not to take some arty pics. More pics will be posted from him and my mates.
