Hi, i have started to make my cold air feed using the fog light surround i have took the fog light out and now see that there is a metal panel behind the bumper blocking where the pipe will need to go through what is the best thing to use to cut through this panel? as i am guessing that is what you do. thanks, please help

for mine all that we did was use a big hole saw the size slightly bigger than the tube and cut through it :lol:

that was pretty much it

i took the fog light out and used a hole saw to cut through the panel, but it was quite hard work as in places the panel was double thickness on a seam and only had a cheep hole saw :( my duct went through panel then had to do under the Washer bottle, its a bit of a long route and would be better if washer bottle was replaces with a smaller one

im also thinkin bout the washer bottle size problem :( any one no ov a smaller aftermarket one? or possible amaller one off a diff make car that cud be modified.

just wondering.. wen u cut the hole for cold air feed are there any electrics i have to look out for ???

i used a washer bottle off a suzuki sj410/sj413 from down the scrapyard.
Cost me £2 and its a lot more powerful, just bolts to the inner skin of the wing.. Pic below..
