ive read somwhere on another forum ( cant find it anymore)
that there a way of fittinhg mk3 suspension into the mk3.5 hubs by fitting a sleeve to the bottom of the shock.
is ths true?

I've done it but i did it by swapping all mk3 stuff over to the mk3.5 mate.

That was...

MK3 Hubs,MK3 Suspension,MK3 wishbones and Mk3 trackrod ends.

We ground out the gap in the hub where it allows it to close up when being tightened.

Fitted the shocks and made sure we tightened the hell out of it..

Never had any problems and they have been on and off plenty of times, they are currently on my pickup, mk3.5 hubs and mk3 shocks.

The "proper" way is swap everything over.
