I would have thought with the spec of your engine you would be seeing 160ish without the bodies on it, and more than 175 with the bodies on.

IMO that graph is layed out wrong... It dont really give an accurate reading.

They give a more accurate reading as the rpm, torque and bhp are placed the right way around if you get me.

possibly proves how hard it is to get real power from a zetec engine but i recon i got 180 bhp no i had it remapped due to me knocking the map by mistake

But people have proven that you can get good power from them.

2.0ltr standard with just aftermarket ecu can see 145bhp

add cams, exhaust, filter, headwork etc, should see nearer 160+bhp

tb's then it goes up..

but you have all these raceline? engine bits on it, I would have thought it would make more power than 175

the reason i knocked the map out was because i bought an air filter which came with a universal base plate which i had to have machined and had to take of the throttle bodies and unpluged a few sensors i need to get another power run thogh to see what the actual power is due to it been tweeked a few times

and as matty said i think the rs1800 manifold can only flow up to 150 bhp

why have you got an rs1800 manifold on it?!

they can flow more under boosted applications. and im sure they could do a tad more than 150
