What are these cars like to drive? same engine as golf gti yes? so mappable to good power etc?

what would a P reg example with around 120k on clock be worth? bearing in mind it could do with 2 doors to make near perfect again?

Yes they have the same engine and quite a lot of potential,

Should be worth around £1800 I would imagine,

I'd be tempted to hold out for a quattro model though, they are a lot cheaper than the a3 equivelant aswell.

The 1.8t engine is 150bhp as it's the same i've got in my A3 had it custom code remapped by JBS and now it's pushing 200bhp. absolute quality cars mate
