just disconnect the wires to the rear speakers, cut the connector off and extend the wire to the 6x9's

rear speakers were are they only have front ones behind the headunit the place were the rear speakers are is blank so dont think mine have them

if you have them they will be under the black plastic bit both sides of the parcel shelf.. tiny diddy things lol

I very much doubt ford missed out rear speaker wiring on any of the fiesta looms, so the wiring will be under the rear plastics either side of the parcel shelf, whether you have standard speakers in there or not.

If for some reason there isnt any wiring then go to the plug on the back of the radio and make some wires from there to go to the back..

my car doesnt have any speaker outputs on the plug so should i buy this so i could put some preouts in

on the block behind the headunit no wires are going into it so i assume there is so no rear speakers in my car

also when i start my car the music doesnt come on and the headunit will not register a cd and nothing comes out my door speakers

Does your sterio come to life at all?

Clearly there is a problem. Is your wiring set up correctly for your headunit?

Fitting extra wires into the block for speakers is simple if you know which pin on the sterio does what :) instruction manual will help.

it comes to life but nothing happens

i have this adaptor

but on the end were you put the ford fiesta bit in there is no wire for rear speakers how do you attach the wire

So there is wiring for rear speakers from that adaptor... but not on the fiesta loom?

If that is correct... then on that adaptor the wires have writing on them.. like rear left etc..

Take a connection from them wires to the rear speakers, simple. :)

Make sure its wired in properly.. read the manual.

If there is no sound going to the fronts as well, are you sure they are wired in too? Sounds like someone got happy with the wiring at some point in its life

everything is wired as it should be, front speakers are wired correctly

the headunits buttons work and everything but no music

wiring fault between the headunit and the speaker wires then. make sure that adaptor is seated correctly
