i have a Ashley cat back system and i am getting the 4-2-1 manifold to go with it , will it pass MOT emission tests with it on or not?? (as long as i keep cat)

are you thinking of trying modify to install the cat back into your Ashley manifold/system, if so should be no problems. otherwise think if engine newer than August 1992, may need one but heard of sum who can still get theirs through emission test without it.

My MOT place doesnt check for emissions as long as you have a box there which looks like a CAT. If you havent got one there and your car is meant to, they fail you.

So my ashley manifold/decat got a nice box welded around it. Passed. :lol: :thumbsup:
